Barre3 DC Union Station is a specialized fitness studio located on the ground floor of the Station House Residences. Barre3 is a functional training program with a twist, rooted in the three disciplines of ballet barre, pilates, and yoga. The class is all about building lean muscles, strengthening the core, and creating long-term postural benefits. There are also countless mental benefits to Barre3, such as an increase in energy, confidence, and positivity.

Barre3 DC Union Station offers two bright studio spaces with natural light and expansive mirrors. They also provide a locker room with showers, bathroom, changing area, and toiletries. Take advantage of their New Client Special for three classes for $40. Single classes are normally $26, however they do offer a variety of class packages to fit your needs.
